Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible. If unexpected delays occur, we’ll contact you by email or phone with an update.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to valid residential or business addresses within the United States and U.S. territories.
Tracking and Shipment Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number(s) and carrier details. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours, so you can follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to pack every order securely, but once a package is handed off to the carrier, Dinner Lady Vape cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to begin a claim. Keep all packaging and contents on hand for verification during the claim process.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to expanding our service area in the future.
