- One Return or Exchange per Month: Each customer is eligible for one return or exchange per calendar month.
- Refund Limit: Refunds are available for orders up to $100, excluding shipping fees.
- Orders Over $100: Refunds on orders above this amount may be granted at Dinner Lady Vape’s discretion.
- Taste Preferences: Returns cannot be accepted based on flavor or preference. Please choose your flavors carefully before checkout.
Return Process
Once a return or refund request is received, we process it within 1–2 business days. A return authorization must be issued before sending back any items. During this process, we may request brief product feedback to help us improve our service.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective items, please note the following:
- A 25% restocking fee applies.
- The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging to qualify for return.
Product Inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items. If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened products: Eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Any return or exchange not meeting these conditions may be denied.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we take care to ensure your items arrive safely, Dinner Lady Vape is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but later reported as lost or stolen. If this occurs, please contact us at support@dinnerladyvape.com so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, or if it’s marked as “unclaimed,” please email us once it’s returned. We’ll process your refund upon receipt. A 25% restocking fee may apply to orders that were shipped free of charge.
